>(top)
When selling your vehicle online you want to be sure that you
highlight the features and the condition of your vehicle. Many
times people will shortcut the description of the vehicle or
post only one photograph.
(1) Be sure to have at least 5 pictures that clearly show the
the full view of the vehicle plus any applicable features that
you want to zoom in and highlight. Please see the photo example
below:

(2) Be sure to use words that sell your vehicle and call to
action in your vehicle description:
"Do not wait another minute...Call today for this family-fun
Dodge Grand Caravan with convenient fold-flat seats, a roomy
cabin, and fantastic ride and handling characteristics. You do
not want to miss it!"
(3) Finally, list all of the features that your vehicle
contains. (If you bought your vehicle new and still have your
window sticker just copy that information in to the
description.)
"Additional Rear Seat, Pass-Through Rear Seat, Cloth Seats,
Bucket Seats, Power Steering, Adjustable Steering Wheel, Tires -
Front All-Season, Tires - Rear All-Season, Compact Spare Tire,
Intermittent Wipers, Variable Speed Intermittent Wipers,
Auxiliary Power Outlet, Driver Vanity Mirror, Passenger Vanity
Mirror, Front Reading Lamps, Wheel Covers, Steel Wheels, Driver
Air Bag, Passenger Air Bag, Passenger Air Bag On/Off Switch,

Internet Classified Scams
>(top)
When selling a vehicle online or buying from a "for sale by
owner", you need to always lookout for possible scams. Please
review the information below to keep yourself from losing your
money to internet classified scam artists!
(1) Quality recommends that you buy or sell to local Utah
residents.
(2) Minimize your risk by having your buyer get financially
pre-approved at any Quality Finance Departments.
(3) Do not accept money for anything over the amount you are
asking on your ad. Visit
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advance_fee_fraud
(4) Warnings issued by United States government: The United
States Federal Trade Commission has issued a consumer alert
about the Nigerian scam. It says: "If you receive an offer via
email from someone claiming to need your help getting money out
of Nigeria — or any other country, for that matter — forward it
to the FTC at spam@uce.gov."
The United States Department of the Treasury maintains an email
address to which the public may send 419 related documents when
they have incurred no financial loss. These emails are archived
to assist in future investigations. When reporting emails to
this address, include the full email headers. Because of the
volume of emails received, do not expect a reply. Send to
419.fcd@usss.treas.gov. If there is a financial loss, file a
Financial Loss complaint form online with the Internet Crime
Complaint Center, which is a partnership between the National
White Collar Crime Center and the Federal Bureau of
Investigation, at http://www.ic3.gov
